Major responsibilities include:

Optimize the financial and operational management of the division of Genetics.

Guide investigators and division leadership on research compliance, federal regulations, and institutional policies.

Provide pre-award and post-award support to the following labs/Centers: Elledge Lab, Gladyshev Lab, Haghighi Lab, Goessling Lab.

Serve as a liaison for the Division of Genetics in negotiating contracts with industry, collaborating institutions, and foundation sponsors.

Supervise and train lab managers and grant administrators on research administration matters.
