WHAT IS THE GENOMICS IMPLEMENTATION COLLECTIVE?
What: A biweekly research-in-progress meeting series for the HMS genomics implementation community. Intended as a forum where trainees, junior faculty, and senior faculty can discuss and share feedback on ongoing research, from grant conceptualization through data analysis and interpretation.
Scope: Ongoing projects that bring genomics or other ‘omics applications into clinical care or population health. Relevant disciplines and methods include outcomes research, health services research, and implementation science.
Who: Target audience includes trainees and junior faculty. Co-led by core faculty from across HMS: Kurt Christensen, Nina Gold, Robert Green, Ingrid Holm, Beth Karlson, Matt Lebo, Anna Lewis, and Jason Vassy
When: 2nd and 4th Friday of each month from 11:30am-1pm, beginning January 23, 2026
Where: Alternating between the MGH campus and Longwood area. In-person attendance strongly encouraged. Videoconferencing option available by request for attendees outside of Boston.
